Here's some information that might
help you while you are placing your order. If you have a
question and don't find the answer here, please don't hesitate to
call me at 954-531-8295. If you get my voice mail greeting,
please leave me a message and I will return your call promptly.
I am also a quilter and an on-line shopper and I promise to always
treat you the way I like to be treated.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

We are a
secured site and we accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
PayPal
is my Merchant Services provider. This means that when you
place and order on my site and pay with either a credit card or
your Pay Pal account, they handle all the secured transactions
and I have no visibility of your personal financial information.
It is not necessary for you to have an account with Pay Pal, and
if you do, it is not necessary for you to use that account when
shopping with me. However, if you do have a Pay Pal
account, it is necessary for that account to have your
current credit card or banking information. If you are
attempting to pay for your order and are getting a Pay Pal
error, please give me a call. (954-531-8295). We can
bypass the Pay Pal process.

SHIPMENT
INFORMATION

Orders are
shipped via the US Postal Service. During check-out, you
will have the option of choosing the method (parcel post vs.
priority) and calculating the postage before you finalize your
order. Shipping costs are based on weight. We make
every effort to accurately estimate your shipping costs.
If the actual shipping costs ever differ $2.oo or more, we will
adjust the payment transaction at the time of shipment.

take place the first business day after your order is received.

RETURN POLICY

I handle each
order with care, however if an error should occur, please
contact me immediately so I can make it right. No refunds
can be made if fabric has been washed or cut. Due to
copyright issues, no refunds will be made on patterns. All
returns must be in the same condition as received.
I've tried to
make this a pleasant shopping experience. If you have any
